Rickman's really helped me out!! After I locked the doors to keep them out, bears had torn the handles off all four doors, so I had to crawl in through the back. I couldn't get in without leaving a window down and the insurance shop said it would be 6 weeks and take a week. Rickman's ordered the parts, got me in the next week, and did the job in an hour. What a relief! Great work, helped minimize costs, always friendly and helpful. Thanks to Jessica and your crew. You're my team now!!

Rickman’s is hands down the best paint and body shop in the Asheville area. Danny’s craftsmanship is high-quality and fairly priced, and Jessica was a total pleasure to work with—her communication made the whole process seamless. It’s clear this team takes immense pride in their work and operates with genuine honesty. If you want to be treated with respect and know your vehicle is in expert hands, this is the place. I went there for my 2020 Sorento's minor bumper damage. I drove up thinking it was going to be expensive, as most buisness try to make it as such, however I pulled up to a kind friendly WOMAN (this one's for the girls), who buffed my bumper, and popped that sucker right back on there. The total price of my visit was 0.00$, a smile, a new friend, and a new recommendation. Thank you girly!

I’m from Richlands, NC and was on my way to Asheville for a wedding when my truck broke down in Hickory. It was a stressful situation being out of town with two dogs, but Rickman’s Paint and Body Shop proved why they’re the best of the best. They had me in the shop the very day, and went above and beyond to make sure I was back on the road quickly. I can’t thank Jessica and BJ enough for their help — they treated me like family, not just another customer, and made the whole process as easy as possible. Their professionalism, honesty, and customer service are second to none. If you ever need help in Asheville, don’t go anywhere else. Rickman’s is hands down the best shop around.
